Privacy policy

Canine Assist runs this store. This policy explains what we collect when you visit our store or place an order, and why.

What we collect
- The details you give us at checkout: name, email, shipping address, and phone number if you add one.
- Payment details go to our payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.
- Browsing data from cookies and similar tools: pages viewed, device type, and approximate location.

Why we use it
- To fulfill and deliver your order, and to answer your messages.
- To prevent fraud.
- To measure our ads and show them to people who may be interested.

Advertising: the Meta Pixel
We use the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta Platforms (the company behind Facebook and Instagram). It records actions on our store, such as pages viewed, items added to cart and purchases, and sends them to Meta to measure our ads. Where the law requires consent, the Meta Pixel only runs after you accept cookies in our cookie banner, and you can decline. Meta's privacy policy: https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/

Who we share it with
Our store platform (Shopify), our payment providers, our shipping carriers, and Meta for the ad measurement described above.
