Refund policy

You can return your order within 60 days of delivery. Email hello@getcanineassist.com and we'll send you the return address. Return shipping is at your cost. Once we receive your return, we'll refund everything you paid, shipping included. The refund goes to your original payment method. If your order arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item, we'll replace or refund it at our cost.
